TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Products of Kama Ayurveda are available for sale without entering the contest.

- On each purchase made by an Amaaya member, he/she will receive a ticket to enter the contest on their registered mobile number via SMS and/or Email.

- The ticket number for the entry to the contest will be received by the registered Amaaya member on SMS and/or e-mail within 72 hours after valid purchase at Kama Ayurveda offline stores and in case of online order from Kama Ayurveda website, within 72 hours after product is delivered to the customer. Please note that in case complete refund against any invoice is made by Kama Ayurveda on request of the customer, the ticket issued pursuant to said invoice shall be deemed invalid.

- Ticket means an entry number to the contest. It does not in any way refer to a travel ticket or otherwise.

- Kama Ayurveda’s employees, staff and representatives are not allowed to enter this contest, any ticket issued to them shall be deemed to be invalid.

- An Amaaya member shall be issued a maximum of 1 (one) ticket only, in one day.

- The winner of the contest must be above the age of 18 years. No person below the age of 18 years can participate in the contest, and any ticket issued to a winner below such age shall be invalid.

- All communication with the winner shall be made only on the phone number and/or email Id registered for Amaya membership.

- The ticket number issued to an Amaaya member to enter the contest is only valid during the Contest period (i.e 20^th July 2022 till 19^th August 2022) and the validity of the ticket shall expire once the contest is over, and no claims shall be entertained in respect thereof.

- The winner of the contest shall be solely decided by Kama Ayurveda at its sole discretion via luck draw / lottery and no claims or dispute of whatsoever nature shall be entertained in this respect.

- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or equivalent.

- The tickets are non-transferable, and the ticket issued in the name of a particular Amaaya member winner can only be utilized by the said Amaaya Member only.

- Kama Ayurveda shall not entertain any claims in lieu of or against any lost, deleted, misplaced, stolen, defaced or damaged ticket, and no claims of whatsoever nature, on such count shall be entertained.

- The ticket number once issued to the respective Amaaya member is neither replaceable nor exchangeable nor re-assignable. The contest prize won cannot be gifted nor can be used or redeemed by any person other than the Amaya member to whom the entry ticket was issued.

- This winner of the contest shall be able to avail the prize (against the ticket number that has won the contest) in full only and partial redemption of the prize shall not be allowed in any circumstances. Any modifications to the prize i.e., the travel package shall not be allowed.

- Kama Ayurveda is organizing this contest for it’s Amaaya members. Once the winners are announced, it shall be the sole responsibility of Conrad Maldives Rangali Island (“Resort”) to arrange the prize packages to be sponsored by Resort for the winners. Winners shall coordinate with the Resort for receiving the prize packages, availing the benefit of the prize packages, redemption of the prize packages and all & any further information on matters concerning redemption etc. Kama Ayurveda shall not entertain any enquiries in these respects. Further, Kama Ayurveda shall not be liable for any claims of failure of Resort in redeeming the prize package.

- Resort shall be solely responsible for the bookings, stay and hospitality of the winners at the said Resort. Bookings, stay and hospitality of winner/s at the Resort shall be further subject to terms & conditions of Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. Participants to the contest are requested to kindly go through the Resort T&C in advance.

- The winner of the contest shall be solely responsible to bear the cost and expenses of travel, conveyance etc. and to book own air/flight tickets at their cost. The prize package is exclusive of the travel costs & expenses, air tickets, air fares, local conveyance and other personal expenses. The winner shall be solely responsible to bear all such costs and expenses to & fro i.e. from India to Maldives and from Maldives to India. The Winner shall be solely responsible to arrange at their own cost & expenses for valid travel documents, visa, travel insurance, adhere to government (Republic of India, various States of India and foreign Governments) advisory or guidelines or laws including but not limiting to arrival, departure, restrictions on stay, Covid 19, Covid 19 appropriate behavior & testing, foreign exchange, prohibited / restricted banned items or articles.

- Kama Ayurveda reserves the right to alter / amend / modify (whether in whole or in part) any terms and conditions of this contest at any time without any prior notice and without any liability. No claims or enquiry in this respect shall be entertained.

- Conrad Maldives Rangali Island voucher for the winners is valid for 12 months starting 1^st September 2022.

- All relevant Terms and Conditions of Kama Ayurveda Amaaya Membership program shall be applicable.

- Any dispute arising out of or related to the contest, selection of the winner etc. shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi and any dispute arising out of or related or concerning to the stay, bookings and hospitality aspect of the contest regarding the prize package won by the winner shall be subject to the competent courts of jurisdiction of Maldives.

- Conrad Maldives Rangali Island reserves the rights to amend the above T&C at its sole discretion.

Q- What is the meaning of, ‘the more you shop, the better the odds of winning?A- You will get a ticket via SMS and Email for every eligible bill. The more tickets you get, the higher your probability of being picked in the lucky draw. For example, lottery tickets. The more tickets you have, the higher your chances of winning the lottery.

Q- How will the winners be announced? A- The winners will be announced on social media (Kama Ayurveda’s Instagram, Facebook and Twitter). Kama Ayurveda will also reach out to the winners on their registered mobile number and Email ID. If no response is received from the winner in 22 days, we will have to pick another winner.

Q- I am not an Amaaya Member, how can i participate? A- To participate, you will first have to become a member of our loyalty program by shopping for ₹4,000 & above at brand exclusive stores or Kama Ayurveda website.This enrollment purchase & any other subsequent purchases will all be eligible for this contest.

Q- By when will the Kama Ayurveda X Conrad Maldives Giveaway Unique Ticket number be sent to me after my purchase. A- The ticket number will be received on the customer's registered mobile number and Email ID within 72 hours of store purchase and in case of online order, the ticket will be received by the customer within 72 hours after product is delivered.

Q- I am an Amaaya Member and redeeming gift card, gift voucher or existing Amaaya points to settle the entire or part bill value, will that purchase qualify for this contest? A- Yes.

Q- I am a Non Amaaya Member making a purchase redeeming a gift voucher, will that purchase qualify for this contest? A- Yes, but the Payable value after redemption of voucher should be >= Rs.4000/-.

Q- I am a Non Amaaya Member making a purchase and buying a Kama gift card. Will I get a ticket? A- Yes, but the Value of Gift Card should be >= Rs.4000/-.
